The top five year-to-date home sales activity for single family properties in May 2009 are:

  • Aurora South – 1,149
  • Denver North East – 1,115
  • Denver South West- 809
  • Denver South East – 759
  • Denver North Central – 754

As compared to May 2008:

  • Aurora South – 1,376
  • Denver North East – 1,182
  • Denver South West- 882
